May 29th:
- Early Packet Pickup: 4 pm - 8 pm World Gospel Church Gathering Room,
900 Gardendale Road, just off Highway 46, near Hawthorn Park.

Pre-race Dinner: 6:30 pm with Jamie Whitmore & Daniel Bretscher,

May 30th:
- Packet Pickup: 6am - 7:30 am at Hawthorn Park Dogwood Shelter
- Pre-race Pray: 7:40 am on the Beach House lawn
- pre-race instructions: 7:50 am at swim start (Beach House)
- Waves are as follows:
- 8:00 am - Elite
- 8:01 am - Males 30-39 (excluding Male 1st timers, excluding Clydesdales)
- 8:04 am - All Females (including 1st time females and Athena)
- 8:07 am - Males 14-29, 40-49
- 8:10 am - Male 1st Timers. Teams, Male 50+, Clydesdales
- Kids Run (12 and under) estimated: 8:45 am
- Lunch sponsored by Subway: 10:30 am
- Awards: Estimated 11:15 am
